**Your new company**
A successful logistics company based in Thurrock are looking for an additional team member, you will be joining a small team and supporting the staff in meeting company objectives by providing an efficient administration service.
**Your new role**
- Taking incoming calls and dealing with enquiries in a friendly professional manner.
- Providing with support liaison with warehouse staff and organising schedules
- Manage fleet information and contractor information
- Raising job sheets and processing timesheets
- Processing incoming and outgoing documents for deliveries
- Stock management, creating picking lists
- Loading and offloading stock
**What you'll need to succeed
**You will have a positive attitude, be organised with good problem solving skills, ideally you will have experience in logistics, planning schedules, administration, and have confident MS Office Skill, including Word and Excel.
