**Job Summary**:
As Sales Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including creating invoices, processing orders, providing quotations, and other administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create invoices and process orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide quotations to customers and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor customer orders and ensure that they are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Liaise with customers and other departments to ensure that all orders are processed correctly.
- Maintain records of sales and customer information.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
