Having undergone a period of significant growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual with experience and a flair for customer service and office administration to join our small, busy furniture and fit-out company.

Based at our Whitstable office your duties will include all aspects of office administration.

Main responsibilities would include:

- Preparation of sales quotations, purchase orders and invoicing
- Engaging with customers, making sure all enquiries and requests are handled in a timely matter
- Preparing other general paperwork and documentation as required
- Answering the telephone
- Specifying products suitable for the project
- Customer service experience is preferred
- There may be requirement on occasion to visit client’s premises
- Preparation of marketing material and updating social media

You will need to have first class customer service with.
- Accuracy and organisation, with excellent attention to detail
- Be calm, efficient and helpful - even on the busiest of days
- Be a team player but also happy to work on your own initiative
- Ideally be creative with an eye for design
- Applicants must be fully conversant in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Xero would be preferred but not essential
- Significant experience of providing customer service over the telephone

The working hours are 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Please send your current CV together with expected salary range
