Canon is embarking on a new phase of delivery to enhance our B2B eCommerce offering and expand the base of customers that can benefit from a faster, more convenient way of ordering Canon products and services.
- Go-to contact for B2B eCommerce, ensuring that business needs are appropriately represented and actioned
- Ensure a holistic approach to eCommerce strategy, through close alignment with B2C and BUs
- Drive business adoption of the B2B eCommerce framework site

Development planning:

- Contribute to the overall B2B Digital programme
- Capture business requirements for framework eCommerce and support the translation of these into technical requirements
- Work with business stakeholders to agree prioritization of requirements and countries' implementation schedule
- Align with B2C team to ensure eCommerce developments and strategy are managed jointly
- Work with BUs, IT & countries to develop future B2B eCommerce strategy
- Day to day decision making & influencing for small developments
- Own the product backlog for eCommerce (SAFe) and ensure it is forward looking
- Define User Stories and clear acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritise defects
- Work with Application Management to resolve production issues

Delivery:

- Manage all content processes for maintaining and developing the site
- Represent the business in day-to-day development decisions
- Coordinate testing and accept UAT deployments
- Communicate releases outlining new business value to business stakeholders
- Work with publishing team to prioritise and schedule content updates

Adoption:

- Drive business adoption of eComm capabilities
- Co-ordinate training with national stakeholders and L&D team
- Use reporting data and analytics to drive business adoption and technical development
- Undertake business development activities with Local Markets to drive further platform usage, ensuring that benefits are realised
- Work with analytics team to analyse and visually report usage trends
- Work with Marketing team to produce suitable sales enablement and marketing communications to promote use of the platform internally and with our partners and customers
- Provide the link between Local Markets and Central team to drive Market adoption, including management of Local champion community
- Share best practice across Markets to maximize benefits
- Align with Business Unit sales team to set and manage appropriate revenue targets

**What we ask**:

- You have:

- Previous experience as a Digital Product Owner or in a digital customer journey focused role
- Previous experience working on B2B e-commerce solutions (e.g. Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Oracle Commerce, SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce)
- Experience and understanding of working within an Agile/Scrum (SAFe) environment
- Knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote systems
- Analytical skills, able to measure impact and identify trends
- Proven track record with UX/ CX
- Experience in user journeys and process flows
- Demonstrable experience of working with Developers, Designers and Testing teams on the roll-out and implementation of digital / IT solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive approach
- Passionate about customer experience and digital
- The ability to set clear objectives and develop plans to meet them

**Salary**: between £58,000 and £70,000 dependent on experience plus 10% bonus
