**What’s the role?**
Off to Work is looking for a passionate, dedicated recruiter to head up our Talent Placement department. We like to use
- “Talent Placement”_ instead of
- “Permanent Recruitment”_ because our focus is always fixed on finding the very best talent for our clients.

We are
**only** interested in finding a team player who nurtures, motivates and inspires their team. Our four specialist recruiters are driven and committed and they will need knowledge, guidance, support and leadership from YOU as their manager. This is a billing manager’s role, however unlike the high-street agencies, we are realistic that billing and managing a team is no mean feat, so your focus will be on the team and a handful of high level clients.

Business Development plays a key role in the success of our 23/24 business plan, with the Head of Talent placement taking a lead role in actively engaging with potential clients, spanning all sectors and ultimately converting these into vacancies and placements. Business development for the wider company will also form part of your KPIs.

**Who are you?**
Maybe you’re a Managing Consultant or Department Head looking to take on your own department or an experienced Billing Manager looking for a new challenge. You will need to have experience with high level client communications, as you will be building relationships and making placements yourself, too. There are

**extra "oomph"** needed to keep it moving forward.

**The Details**
This role is Monday to Friday and is office-based, in Central London. Our office is open from 7am - 7pm so you can work hours that suit you, as long as you’re working 40 hours per week. It’s completely up to you. The base salary for this role is £50k-£55k, depending on experience, but your OTE is realistically £70k Y1
