Office Assistant

Plankbridge are the country’s foremost designer-makers of shepherd’s huts and have been leading the way in creativity and innovation in this thriving sector for over twenty years, producing models for both private and commercial customers, from garden rooms to luxury suites for hotels and glamping sites.
Working out of our busy, creative office in a beautiful, rural location near Piddlehinton, you will be part of our enthusiastic, happy team. You will be the first point of contact for all customers post-sales and will work closely with the management, production and design teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Answering telephones
PA duties to the Sales Manager
Booking deliveries
Diary management
Scheduling on-site operations
Managing travel arrangements
Tracking expenses and petty cash
Managing office supplies
Sending out brochures and samples
Producing standard paperwork for the workshop
Dealing with existing customer enquiries
Ensuring that our showroom is clean, tidy and visitor-ready at all times
**Requirements**:
Enthusiasm
A passion for good customer care
Excellent IT skills, including a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to master new software
Great organisational skills with the ability to juggle a wide range of tasks simultaneously
A high level of literacy
Flexibility and a willingness to tackle any task
Your own transport
