**Customer Care Specialist**

We have an exciting opportunity for an office based Customer Care Specialist to be a part of our ongoing success.

**Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities**
- Log and track complaints, conduct full investigations with resolutions, and provide accurate written responses inline with regulatory and organisational compliance requirements;
- Resolve complaints within company and regulatory SLA’s;
- Take a lead role in effectively and efficiently handling cases relating to the ombudsman and other governing bodies as applicable;
- Assist in complaints reporting to senior leaders and the FCA. Provide coaching and feedback to the client service crew based on analysis of complaints;
- Demonstrate active engagement in improving the client experience through participation in feedback sessions and process improvement discussions;
- Attends external training to maintain required knowledge and skills in complaints handling.
- A minimum of 1 years complaint experience within a phone based role;
- Knowledge of complaints procedures and regulatory requirements;
- Experience dealing with the Financial and Furniture Ombudsman is highly desirable;
- Experience of managing review sites such as TrustPilot;
- A passion for enhancing the customer experience and implementing improvements.
