We have a fantastic opportunity for a** Genomic Medicine Zone Leader **to provide strategic leadership and direction to Account Managers, Technical Workflow Development Leaders, and Product Sales Specialists. As the Zone Leader, you are accountable for driving your zone and teams to meet and exceed customer satisfaction

**Accountabilities**:

- Understand and identify accounts strategic vision, objectives and needs while positioning Cytiva products and services as a total solution where business opportunities exist.
- Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts, partnering with the Business Development team to aid in increasing revenue.
- Interpret internal and external business issues, recommend best practices and work with the customer base to assist in their acceptance.
- Manage customer activity with Customer Relationship Management tools for maximum efficiency and visibility; Develop a plan for success, provide accurate sales activity forecasts and maintain opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Mentor new Account Managers on standard work and best practices.

**Skills**:

- Minimum BSc degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology or related sphere.
- Relevant commercial experience.
- Able to show experience in influencing/leading cross-functional teams around customer growth.
- Good communicator with strong collaborative and commercial skills.
