We are looking for a **Identification & Purification Sales Specialist** with expert product knowledge, training, and support, to help us generate sales from new and existing customers.

**What You'll Do**:

- Financial Performance - Accountable to achieve operating plan target for assigned territory.
- Identify strategic lab chromatography resin and western blotting consumables accounts/labs - to win share in coordination with Account Managers and related Sales Specialists.
- Utilize AKTA and Imaging install base in research labs (across business segments) to establish the Cytiva brand and next generation products.
- Accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline & sales using SFDC.
- Relationships - Build strong relationships & formulate account strategies to continuously strengthen relationship with decision makers.
- Support the relationship with Distributors in coordination with DAM's.
- Execute seminars/presentations/trainings/round tables/troubleshooting in research environment.
- Collaborate work cross-functionally across modalities and account team.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or equivalent years of experience; Advanced degree preferred.
- 3 years of post-bachelor's experience in laboratory or R&D job roles.
- Preferred to possess an understanding of sales processes as typically acquired through 3 years of sales experience with laboratory products, equipment, or services in the Life Sciences and/or Applied Market segments.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the Biopharmaceutical /Biotech/Academic research segments.
- Team player with a customer mindset and an ability to work effectively cross-functionally for success.
- Solid problem-solving skills - ability to resolve complex problems, communicate issues and propose solutions to both external customers and internal team members.
- Excellent organization, communication, negotiating skills.
