Job title: Office Administration & Operations Assistant Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Dial a Rod Engineering Services Ltd, to join our Administration team. We are looking to recruit a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service. The role is office based. We are looking to recruit to this role on a full-time, Monday to Friday work pattern. Details of what this role entails are provided in the below job description.

Job Purpose
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with managing business promotion by updating and maintaining our social media pages.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers and external suppliers through regular channels of communication.
- To include overseeing the reception area by welcoming guests and dealing with general enquiries from visitors.
- Maintaining work equipment, and replenishing office and stationery and supplies as required. This will include ordering equipment such as staff uniform, PPE and safety equipment.
- Completing basic bookkeeping tasks such as inputting expenses, tracking receipts and processing invoices.
- Assist with the maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring that all checks and supporting administration are compliant with current legislation.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
1. Strong IT skills; experience in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel
and Outlook.
2. Strong customer service skills; the ability to communicate clearly with
customers and build strong working relationships.
3. Good planning and organisational skills; the ability to manage and prioritise
tasks within time constraints.
4. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
5. Accurate attention to detail.
Desirable
1. Experience in managing business finances and accounts.
