The organisation is based in Newport and offers hybrid working work. This is an average of 40% working time based on site. There is parking available close to the office but public transport access is limited.
Your new role
The Office Assistant is to provide high quality, consistent and timely administrative support to the team. The postholder will plan and manage a range of administrative activities, ensuring that work is presented to a high standard and delivered in a timely manner. The postholder will require excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in an administrative role.
Experience of arranging internal and external meetings, including printing and compiling papers and agendas.
Microsoft Office experience including PowerPoint and Excel
SharePoint experience
Excellent communication skillsWhat you'll get in return
This role offers the opportunity to gain an insight into the organisation and gain a wide range of office skills. You will earn a rate of £12.80 per hour and the post is likely to run until September 2024.
