SHIFTS Mon-Fri 39 hours/week

With a base in 5 European countries and a growing presence in mainland Europe we are looking for an Accounts Assistant to play a major role in our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide transactional support across the GBA Finance function.
- Maintenance of sales and purchase ledgers, including posting of invoices, credits and cash receipts/payments.
- Production of customer statements and detailed reconciliations.
- Allocation of cash receipts and payments to invoices.
- Record customer communications via bespoke collections system.
- Log, investigate and resolve queries.
- Creation of credit notes where necessary
You
Essential Skills
- Competent IT skills, with the ability to adapt to bespoke systems easily.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to collaborate with team members and deliver work to agreed timescales.
Desirable Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of lookups and pivot tables
- Any knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is advantageous.
- Experience of working within a multi-currency group with experience of foreign currency accounting.
