We are a leading events company serving the booming cybersecurity market, a well-established voice within information security. We currently run in-person events, regular webinars and other online activities for our membership across the UK and abroad.

**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to branch out into the world of Events Management as you will be helping to organise major corporate events nationwide working closely with the team.

Remote working
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary increase from £21,000pa to £23,000pa after the successful completion of the six month probationary period.

**Key responsibilities**

You will assist with the organisation and timely delivery of our events through the following activities:
Oversee and coordinate the full event and webinar lifecycle. From sourcing and booking suitable venues, liaising with speakers and delegates, and supporting the marketing function with the promotion of events

Manage and report on event registrations and prepare and send delegate communication around the events

Coordinating and maintaining the events calendar

Collate, prepare, and quality-check event presentation decks

Attend and perform all duties at events, including:

- preparing audio and visual equipment for presenters and audience
- recording attendee registrations
- ensuring timely catering

Database and website management

Coordinate, collate and report on delegates' event evaluations and non-attendance patterns
