Position Overview:
As a Marketing Executive at Auto Wax Works, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales revenue. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage social media accounts and engage with our online community to foster brand loyalty, drive customer interaction, and grow our social media platforms.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop sales enablement tools, including presentations, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Set up and maintain all promotions and offers.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in marketing roles (Essential), preferably within the Automotive Industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Full UK driving license, as some travel for events is required.
