Oracle Sales Consultant

We are seeking highly motivated and talented Sales Executives to join our leading global Managed Service Partner to focus exclusively on delivery Oracle On-Premise and Cloud Applications for clients. Due to continued growth we are looking to expand our sales team with passionate, energetic and ambitious sales professionals.
**What are we looking for**:
- You will have at least 3 years’ B2B enterprise sales experience with Oracle or similar.
- You will have a passion for tech and complex sales cycles.
- You will thrive on building great relationships and guiding clients towards solutions to enable them to achieve their goals.
- You will fully understand that the customer sits at the heart of everything and that excellence is THE standard.
**What to expect**:
- This is a senior sales role that will require you to do your best work when working in a fast paced, demanding yet fun environment. As an experienced sales professional, you will be highly motivated to achieve all line of business financial targets, with the attainment of net new logos being a top priority KPI.
- You understand that to be highly successful, you will have a thorough understanding of enterprise sales methodology where the buyers journey sits front and centre.
- Oracle are our main sales channel partner and as such you will have the skills and tenacity required to Identify and develop strategic alignment with Key Oracle contacts and other third-party influencers.
- In addition, you will be a natural go-getter who will have the tenacity and passion to take the lead on building your territory, account plans and pipeline.
**We’d love to hear from you if you**:
- Have superior communication skills and are confident presenting to a wide audience both face to face and remotely.
- You understand that to sell effectively, storytelling is crucial. You can listen surgically, really hear what your customer is saying and then join the dots to uncover our unique value for that customer.
- Have a successful track record within a complex enterprise sales environment (3 years plus would be preferable).
- Have strong knowledge of ERP, HCM and EPM solutions in the Enterprise and Mid-Market space and the benefits that these solutions bring to a business operation.
- Can demonstrate your ability to sell to international Enterprise logos and Fortune 500 organizations.
- Are skilled at managing/navigating senior stakeholders (often C-Suite) and understand the internal politics of large, complex deals.
- Have a sharp business mind, do your best work in fast-paced and collaborative environments and have the patience and skills to create an extraordinary customer experience at all stages of the sales cycle.
- You must be driven and organised team player who can **identify, evaluate, sell** and **onboard **new clients.
- You understand that enterprise selling is a team sport and that you hold responsibility for managing all stakeholders across all your opportunities. You are planned, organised and thrive on attention to detail.
