**The Role-**

**Booking Jobs**: The team is responsible for scheduling and booking jobs on the workshop's calendar. This ensures that the workshop's resources, such as equipment, tools, and labor, are allocated efficiently.

**Maintaining Job Cards**: This includes updating job cards as the tasks progress. This might involve noting any changes in the scope of work, additional requirements, or completion status.

**Accuracy and Efficiency**: The team needs to ensure that all job cards are processed accurately and efficiently. This might involve double-checking information, coordinating with the workshop staff, and making sure that tasks are completed as per the job cards' instructions.

**Timely Processing**: Meeting deadlines and ensuring that jobs are completed within a reasonable timeframe is essential. Timely processing is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction and overall workshop efficiency.

**Engaging and Communicating**: Communication is key. The team should interact with customers to understand their requirements, update them on the job's progress, and address any concerns or changes. They also need to collaborate with colleagues within the workshop and possibly with external stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow.

**The Person**:
We are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive and likes working in a faced past environment. You’ll work in a fairly small team who are passionate about their role and colleagues. Ideally you will have some technical knowledge or administrative experience in a customer service environment.

**Salary**: Up to £25,500.00 per year
