Emirates Old Trafford, home of Lancashire Cricket, is an award-winning world-class stadium and venue. It is recognised as one of the UK’s most prestigious venues for sport, business, leisure and entertainment with a capacity of up to 50,000 people for concerts; 26,000 for international cricket matches; meetings and events spaces for up to 2,000 delegates; a four-star hotel with 250-bedroom Hilton Garden Inn hotel, which has 135 pitch facing rooms, and an on-site Caffè Nero.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious individuals to join our hospitality team in delivering excellent customer service to all our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To provide reception services for all of our Customers and to be the main point of the contact for the Teams and Customers regarding the Club.
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for all Guests, including arrival and departure experience
- Complete audit procedures as directed
- Ensure a positive outcome for any guest queries in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure that the procedures are followed and actioned daily.
- Assist with other departments as necessary
- Monitor all CCTV, FLS panels for the Stadium & Hotel and liaise with on-site Security, Fire Team, Emergency Services
- Deal with any car parking issues and barriers
- Act as Fire Marshall in the event of an emergency

**Essential Requirements**
- Previous experience in Reception
- Previous experience with cash handling
- Good level of IT skill
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Flexible to work mornings and evenings
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
- Excellent grooming standards
