**About the Role**:
Our ambition within Britvic Teisseire International (BTI) is to develop an end-to-end resilient supply chain able to support our commercial growth within a diversified portfolio of customers and markets worldwide.

To do that we want to reach an excellence level for our Sales & Operations processes and bring into play the technology that will enable the teams to deliver brilliantly on a day-to-day basis and build the required mid to long term transformations.

The role of Head of Supply Chain Excellence BTI will be instrumental to bring that strategy into play.

The role will be responsible for leading the Supply Chain Planning excellence strategy through building a 3-year roadmap, optimization initiatives through IT solutions and process standardization. It will include leading technology initiatives and continuous improvement actions to allow the Supply Chain Planning to deliver the highest performance at the lowest cost, standardization programs and full alignment on Supply Chain processes (S&OP is the core one).

The role has shared responsibilities and impact over the BTI business:

- Influence over the whole BTI operations (1 factory, 2 to 4 contract manufacturers, GB supply sites, multiple distribution centers)
- impact on €300m business turnover and 500+ skus
- All categories of business models and route to market: retail, food service, distributor
- Multi-country activities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To identify, evaluate and lead process improvements & standardization that will increase end to end supply chain performance, provide competitive advantage and deliver lowest imaginable supply chain cost.
- To lead systems initiatives to leverage Supply Chain Planning technology solutions across the business unit through the definition and execution of appropriate programs. This includes managing the resources and capital in alignment with the global supply chain strategic plan.
- To assess/benchmark the Supply Chain Planning performance vs our competitor set and best in class to enable enhanced supply chain performance and ensure global best practices are rolled out & standardized.
- To lead the analytics support to Global BTI business.
- To support the Supply Chain Planning roadmap for the next 3 years.
- To support the High-Performance agenda for the Supply Chain Planning function as well as act as BTI lead for Global programs ensuring BTI requirements are accounted and accommodated for.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**:

- **National & International travel is a requiremnt of this role and therefore a UK Driving license and ability to travel internationally are a requirement of the role.**:

- Proven strong analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain planning processes and technology.
- Ability to rapidly prioritize and set practical programs and initiatives.
- Experience in FMCG.
- Proven track record to drive implementation with focus on execution.
- Ability to multitask and act & deliver at pace in fast paced and volatile business environment.
- Proven track record of influencing across functions.
- Appreciation of cultural differences and working across different international geographies.
- Results driven and business oriented.
- Be willing to challenge the norms both internally and externally to drive performance.

**Desirable but not essential**
- Experience of working with International markets
- Factory operations experience
- APICS certification(s)
