London, United Kingdom St Mungo's Full time

**_Are you looking for an opportunity where your skills will make a difference in helping to end homelessness and rebuild lives?_**

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Migrant Rough Sleeping Navigator to join the Street Legal Team. We won’t achieve our ambition of ending rough sleeping until we end rough sleeping among migrants including people with an immigration support need. Therefore, we provide specialist support to enable people who are rough sleeping to:

- Access qualified immigration advice
- Participate in the process of resolving their immigration situation
- Explore all possible routes away from the street so they can end their homelessness for good

In the Migrant Rough Sleeping Navigator role, you will be based in Westminster and hold a caseload of clients with complex cases. You’ll provide trauma informed, culturally competent support to enable clients to progress with their recovery.

You will build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the Local Authority, immigration advisors and other homelessness services.

You’ll record the barrier to migrants ending their rough sleeping and work with the wider Street Legal team to record learning and develop best practice in this area.

This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with some flexibility required.

**About you**
- The ability to manage complex behaviours and motivate partners and clients to achieve outcomes with a creative and person centred approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with others whilst managing your own time.
- Above all we are looking for inspirational, committed individuals who have a genuine desire to support people to rebuild their lives.

**How to apply**

**Closing date: 10am on 23 August 2023**

**Interview and assessments on: Tuesday 05 September 2023
