Due to growth, Macildowie are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a design and software organisation based in Nottingham.
You will be responsible for growing your area and increasing sales whilst upselling with current customers and ensuring you provide a first class service.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity working from their head office

**Role & responsibilities include**:
Generate new business through various means of lead generation such as telephone, client visits and existing client relationship development, etc.
Effectively and efficiently analysing, implementing, and controlling the opportunities within the pipeline.
Managing the sales process from initial prospecting stage through to securing the order and ensuring successful project implementation, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.Â
Achievement of individual monthly & yearly sales targets set by the business
Actively managing and developing the growth of service and product sales across the region.
Maintaining your own prospecting and lead generation database within the company CRM system
Forecasting and reporting on sales activity within the region.
Managing your own diary and time
Good understanding of sales and experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to build long lasting relationships with both colleagues and clients
Great personality cultural fit is just as important
Self-motivated and proactive
Tech sales is preferred but not essential
Excellent presentation skills
