Team Administrator Role - What is involved?

Working across the Energy practice, you will support the team with event organization and client meeting preparation, as well as providing wider administrative support for the team. This will be a busy and varied role that would be ideally suited to someone looking for their first office-based role or someone early in their career. All training will be provided and you will be welcomed into a friendly and supportive team.

What are the typical responsibilities as a Team Administrator?
- Organizing roadshows and client events, including identifying and arranging locations, booking travel and accommodation, arranging refreshments and any materials required on the day.
- Booking client events and making necessary travel and accommodation arrangements for the team.
- Supporting the team on preparing client presentations and additional materials.
- Providing administrative support, such as assisting with expense submissions.
- QualificationsWhat skills and experience would we like you to have?
- This role would be ideally suited to someone leaving education and looking for their first office based role or someone early in their career so all training will be provided.
- We would ideally like you to have good IT skills - experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) will be beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role due to the nature of the work and interacting with our clients and market partners. A willingness to ‘roll your sleeves up’ and proactively support the team.
