Are you an enthusiastic Team Administrator looking to join a talented international property consultancy based in Oxford Circus? If so, read on to find out more about our new and unique opportunity

The international property consultancy requires a highly organised and experienced administrator to support across the HR and finance teams. You can make an impact by utilising your previously acquired skills within administration, HR and/or Finance to helpstreamline processes and support with administrative tasks.

**The Role**:
This Team Administrator position will include the following duties:

- Compile monthly banking and benefactors reports
- Invoicing and Payroll duties
- Update and maintain HR systems
- Book rooms and coordinate meetings for HR Director and Financial Controller
- Conduct general admin ad-hoc duties

**What we are looking for in a Team Administrator**:

- STRONG administrative skills
- Prior experience supporting a HR and/or Finance team - ideally
- Numerically inclined
- Intermediate to Advance Excel knowledge
- Highly organised and able to prioritise
- Flexitime policy and early closure on Friday (4:30pm)
