**Key Responsibilities**
- Process purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
- Progress chasing delivery schedules to maintain accurate stock levels
- Manage stock entries in Sage and Mintsoft software.
- Coordinate inter-warehouse stock transfers within Sage.
- Create new product codes in Sage.
- Thoroughly reconcile booking-in documents with purchase orders to ensure receipt and invoicing accuracy.
- Address any issues with short deliveries or price discrepancies, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and goods-in personnel.
- Proactively communicate information about delays and late deliveries.
- Maintain comprehensive stock control spreadsheets.
- Generate and distribute product bundle documentation.
- Compile and submit data for packaging waste and plastic tax requirements.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as necessary.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proficiency in Excel and strong administrative abilities
- Ability to analyse and interpret data and draw conclusions to make effective decisions
- Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical work approach.
- Experience in purchasing, demand planning, and stock control is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
