We have an opportunity for a **Stock Controller **to join SeeWoo UK Ltd.

Founded in 1975, we are a second-generation family business bringing authentic East & South-East Asian products to our UK-wide customer base in a forward-thinking way.

Based within the Warehouse at our head office and distribution centre in Park Royal, London, the Stock Controller will be responsible for co-ordinating stock levels within the Warehouse, ensuring levels are maintained as well as assisting with the continuous improvement of the Company’s systems and goods in and out procedures.

The business also encompasses our flagship retail store in London’s bustling Chinatown, and production sites in Park Royal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate stock records in the Company’s computerised systems.
- To assist in the day-to day control of “Goods In”.
- Support the record keeping procedures for the warehouse and stock system.
- Enter new product information and create product codes.
- Liaise with suppliers as well as internal departments in respect of Goods In delivery discrepancies.
- Report on stock levels and forecast on future levels based on sales and purchase contracts.
- Accurately check and sign off invoices.
- Ensure that all exports and imports have required documentation in order to receive the goods on time and avoid all fees.
- Assist with arranging delivery and collections based on sales and purchase orders.
- Process adjustments of computerised stock quantities
- Maintain a system of recording goods in relating to future deliveries.
- Any other duties as requested by management.

**Skills and requirements**:

- The ability to communicate in a clear and effective way both verbally and in writing (a good command of English is essential)
- Strong IT Skills with the ability to learn and use new stock control systems.
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, and organisation skills
- The ability to work independently as well as being a contributing team member.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
