**About the role**:
We're looking for an In-House Lead Designer with expertise in design research to join the ambitious team at Reckitt. Immerse yourself in a vibrant role where your investigative design skills will shape our global brand and enhance user experiences. The Global Print Execution Lead oversees global print operations, ensuring executional excellence, efficiency, and alignment with brand guardianship across all markets

**Your responsibilities**:

- Process Ownership: Leads the MDF, implementation and design handover phases for all sizes/variants/formats.
- Responsible for the design handover to the GLARA and leads PPMs. Evaluate processes to enhance efficiency and output quality.
- Supplier Relations: Foster strong relationships with internal design teams, external printers and repro agencies, ensuring consistency and support for print and production needs.
- Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, R&D, and project management to align print objectives with broader company goals.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expertise on the technical aspects. Supports factories/printers and pushes for excellence in implementation. Leads conversion of brand assets from print to digital.
- Project Management: Supports the creation of CPS and works with cross functional teams to define optimum timelines for key project phases.
- Concept validation: Organises and attends print trials, as well as support on the creation of mock-ups where needed.
- Future technology: Highlight future printing trends, suggests new ways of working, pushes for new more sustainable solutions.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Experience in global print management or relevant discipline in design agencies.
- Understanding of design process and creation of complex design systems.
- Expertise in technical aspects of print for packaging and emerging processes.
- Familiarity with tools required to create print-ready files for artwork and print.
- Understanding of digital assets and their creation process.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting and defending design decisions.
