**About the role**:
The Global Artwork Project lead oversees projects, ensuring the design and artwork teams are aligned on requirements to be able to deliver projects with executional excellence. They help define and input into timings and task related project stage gates, where cross-functional clarity is required.

**Your responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Oversee projects so that they run smoothly and are delivered on time. Timeline: Input into the project timeline from a design and artwork perspective to ensure correct amount of timings are factored into projects before they commence.
- **Product Portfolio**: Own the creation of Global SKU lists, with the collaboration of marketing and externals suppliers.
- **Technical Information**: Collate print specifications and die cuts from internal teams such as pack tech and marketing.
- **Project Documentation**: Seek out the correct documentation such as MPC/LPC to ensure a smooth design process and provide understanding of how this may impact overall design ambition in areas such as multi-language.
- **Master Artwork**: Audits master artwork in the Reckitt AW platform and raises any issues to Design and AW leads. Artwork Budget: Oversees AW based costs within Reckitt platforms and provides regular updates and forecasting

**The experience we're looking for**:

- An artwork & asset expert that can provide guidance and input.
- Someone who understands the artwork process and how to fit this into project management
- Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously; working with various cross-functional team members as well as multiple external stakeholders at the same time.
- Functioning as a collaborative partner to the internal Design & Marketing teams.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Pro-actively gather (future) artwork project information from internal and external stakeholders for assigned global Powerbrands.
- Work with Global Artwork and Assets Manager to translate projects into agency partner forecast/ensure agency capacity.
- Proven track record in delivering projects and experience as a team/project lead
