Availl is a leading care agency based in Cambridge. Availl has been established for 15 successful years. Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for another Coordinator to join our team.

**Required**:

- A minimum of one years experience within the care sector is required.
- You must be a qualified driver with your own car.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Receiving staffing requests from local care managers and care establishments and allocating suitably skilled care staff to the shifts.
- General office administration duties.
- Maintaining regular telephone contact with current clients and aged clients to build long lasting relationships.
- Carry out sales calls to introduce our services to Clients who don’t currently use our services.
- Input all data and confirmed bookings onto our in-house computer system.
- To carry out care if ever an emergency arose in our domiciliary service
