To provide comprehensive, high quality, effective and efficient administrative support for the CPFT Learning and Organisational Development team.

To maintain and develop effective logistics to support training administration.

To maintain and provide accurate information on all training activity within the remit of the team to the trainers and Learning and Organisational Development team.

To provide high quality, effective customer service and support for people accessing CPFT learning and development opportunities

- Ensure that those who make contact with the L&OD team experience excellent customer service and receive prompt and efficient resolution to their enquiries.
- Maintain and develop effective administrative systems that support all aspects of Learning and Organisational Development activity and programmes.
- Support trainers in maintenance of course information and publicity of training opportunities within the Trust and other agencies via CPFT Academy and signposting learners as needed.
- Ensure that venues, refreshments, IT equipment and other necessary resources including software are booked as appropriate, available and fit for purpose for all training events falling under the remit of the post.
- Support the L&OD team in responsibilities for training room management and team resources management. Support the trainers during facilitation of sessions, where appropriate whether face to face or in a virtual classroom.
- Undertake ad hoc project work as required (appropriate to role), researching and producing information to support the project.
- Co-ordinate the ordering of supplies and equipment through our procurement system, including raising, tracking and processing timely payment of orders and invoices. Maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
- To provide administrative support to all L&OD workstreams.
- To support the L&OD Team in promoting L&OD opportunities using the most relevant media.
