**STAFF BENEFITS**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**:
To support and deputise for the Facilities Manager. Provide professional administration and practicable support to ensure that all LNAA premises are enhanced and maintained to the highest standard, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including Health & Safety, Security, Care Quality Commission (CQC) and UK GDPR.

**MAIN DUTIES**:

- Maintaining a comprehensive schedule of all maintenance and servicing of all LNAA premises, plant and equipment
- Booking contractors for all LNAA premises, for repairs, services and managing quotes, contracts, and documentation. Ensuring any contractors visiting LNAA have the appropriate work permits and documentation in place
- Complete and maintain a database of COSHH Safety Sheets
- Complete and maintain a database of Risk Assessments
- Ensure the LNAA Health & Safety notice boards are maintained and updated
- Ensure Floor Plans are maintained and updated
- Act as Health & Safety Committee Secretary, including minuting the Health & Safety Committee Meetings and maintaining the LNAA Health & Safety Action Tracker and following up with stakeholders
- Administration of LNAA’s safety management system. Including, updating, amending, and presenting weekly/monthly reports, trackers, and schedules
- Conduct and record a range of legislative checks throughout LNAA premises to ensure regulatory compliance, reporting issues and findings to the Facilities Manager
- Full administrative support, including creating, editing, tracking changes and filing a range of Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe PDF documents
- Assist in the delivery of induction of new staff, crew, volunteers, and contractors
- Carrying out checks and audits on supply chain and sub-contractors
- Be the central point of dedicated contact and liaison for LNAA facilities and the Health & Safety help desk
- Travel to other LNAA premises as required

Salary £23,000 to £26,000 FTE and would be pro rata for part time.
