Casual Leisure Assistant/golf Shop

There is also a leisure club with heated indoor swimming pool and sauna and a PGA European-tour standard 18-hole golf course in our grounds.

We are now recruiting for a Leisure Assistant/Golf Shop to join the team on a casual basis.

The Leisure Assistant will be responsible for supplying the highest levels of customer care and service to both members and visitors. The role will involve a range of duties including carrying out pool checks, providing inductions to new and existing members, keeping accurate membership records and maximising sales opportunities wherever possible.

You will also ensure that the health and safety requirements within the Leisure Club are met at all times.

Some shifts we would like you to cover our Golf Shop the main focus will be on ensuring all golf related areas are maintained and kept presentable, and that all customers are served in a professional manner.

You’ll be responsible for making sure the opening and closing of the shop procedures are followed, serving customers in the shop, taking tee time bookings for members and visitors, taking payments for golf societies and using your sales skills to increase shop turnover and enhance the customer experience.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with excellent communication skills and an interest in Leisure facilities and Golf.

Shifts offered include mornings, daytimes, evenings and late finishes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.80 per hour
