Hotel Receptionist

Situated in 150 acres of landscaped parkland, Staverton Estate boasts 247 bedrooms along with 61 bright and airy event spaces perfect for conferences, meetings and events. Our County Suite is an ideal backdrop for weddings and special events. We have a newly refreshed reception area, bar and as well as a brand new coffee shop Burr & Co. There is also a leisure club with heated indoor swimming pool and sauna and a PGA European-tour standard 18-hole golf course in our grounds.

Working to ensure the smooth running of the Front Office and related areas, your main focus will be to provide a first class guest experience service to all guests, anticipating their needs wherever possible.

You’ll be fully conversant in all hotel and local amenities, ensure check-in and check-out are seamless, and be polite, courteous and helpful to guests at all times.

5 days out of 7 various shifts:

- early, lates and to include weekends.

You should have effective communication skills, a good attention to detail and clearly customer focused, with a dynamic and flexible attitude.
