Tailormade Building Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting a permanent Construction Administrator to assist the Managing Director in daily and monthly task to continue to deliver successful projects to our private client base.

Key Duties would include:
Keeping fleet records up to date

Keeping plant records up to date

Monitoring sub contractor Insurances, Rams and training certificate etc

Making sure latest drawings as issued to all necessary parties

Continual updating of Project H&S files and as built information manuals and warranties

Obtaining quotes for items at Tender stage

Logging of dayworks sheets onto excel and some invoicing

Key skill:
MS Outlook and Excel

Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Good attention to detail

This could be a flexible role to fit in around school hours

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: £900.00-£1,500.00 per month
