We are currently recruiting for full time or part time Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism within the Berkhamsted area.

A major part of the Support Worker role is to understand the person you are supporting, which at times will include providing emotional and practical support to enable someone to live their life, their way. No experience is required in this particular role, just a commitment to empower people to achieve independence and develop life skills. No two days are the same in a supporting role and if you like variety to your day, this could be the role for you.
