Facilitate communication of the organisation’s desired culture, vision and values which guide the decision making and behaviour of our people - Lead office-wide projects (ex. office relocation project) - Handle well-being, health and safety initiatives.- Develop contingency plan with GM and business leaders. - Ensure appropriate legal and regulatory compliance, code of conduct. Promulgate employee work rules in compliance with the local labor law revisions. - Manage HR risk elements and take lead on employeerelation issues. - Develop HR team.
