We're recruiting Customer Service Coordinators to join our amazing team, working hybridly out of our state-of-the-art Swindon office Are you passionate about customer-service?
Your primary focus would be as the first point of contact for our Learners and our corporate-clients, answering any queries that they may have, signposting them where required, and ensuring that our Learners' schedules and new-starter documents are all handledin a timely and accurate manner.

Location: This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office and 3 from home.
Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Work with internal/external stakeholders and learners to deliver our services/programmes
Timely & successful completion/submission of all required documentation/information in-line with regulations/governance
Deliver high levels of customer service
Raise issues that risk project delivery &/or agreed costs and timescales
Escalate risks to ensure appropriate action is taken to mitigate them
Skills and Experience
Superb customer-service skills
Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes.
Experience of planning and organizing work to meet targets and outcomes

Your Experience
Experience of using IT systems
Working to defined deadlines where high levels of accuracy are required
Track record of successfully delivering assigned tasks and/or events
Experience within a highly client-centric environment, servicing a wide range of offerings
Working to tight deadlines where high levels of accuracy
Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Outlook
Understanding of excellent customer service
What you'll bring to QA

Positive, sociable personality
Good team player
Willingness to undertake DBS, BPSS, SC, DV, Disclosure Scotland or similar if required for the role
