Our goal is to drive more holiday sales through digital channels. We do this by identifying and sharing Digital Marketing best practices throughout the business, partnering with TUI’s local Marketing teams to launch large cross-market projects to deliver thetechnology, capabilities and tools needed to run efficient growth strategies.

The Audience Manager sits within the Group Digital Marketing team at TUI, reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing with a dotted line to Head of Digital Analytics & Optimisation..

We have recently established a new cross-function development team (CDP Centre of Excellence at Group level)which works across all markets, business divisions and functions in TUI to build robust unified customer profiles & activate audiences. The initialfocus is to accelerate our data-driven activities in both digital marketing and eCommerce, leveraging on our wide customer data points, to ensure our interactions with customers through our marketing channels are consistent and personalised.

**ABOUT THE JOB**

This role will lead the business capability roadmap and drive audience use cases, working cross functionally in order to drive better quality traffic, conversion and enhanced personalised experiences for our customers.

You will:

- Support the teams in utilising 1st and 3rd party data to build & maintain relevant audiences. Furthermore, you will be the gatekeeper of all our available library of audiences, how they are being built, delivered and orchestrated, rapidly becoming the go-toexpert in the team for all relevant audience planning tools and systems, primarily focusing on the Adobe Experience Platform and Tealium.
- Be responsible for the group-wide Use case process (conceptualization, design, detailing, technical implementation and value measurement)
- Ensure that all audiences used in CDP are sourced correctly, correct for the test objectives, being measured correctly and being deployed and used in a live test in a robust way.
- Own the group wide CDP KPI’s & test plan based on TUI requirements
- Monitoring all CDP test activity and assessment towards use cases, validate and analyse results and assessment of use cases
- Work on recommendation for CDP improvements and utilisation the effectiveness of our group-wide CDP technology
- You will assist with training and governance of tools and systems in use around TUI, to drive excellence and consistency.
- You will evangelise teams on the options available to them, encouraging uptake and usage of relevant tools and data, through training, managing stakeholder relationships, and creating case studies. This will mean gaining increased buy-in by the measurementloop to prove incrementality, working with specialist teams as needed.
- You will collaborate with all our cross functional delivery teams, from Local Digital Marketing and eCom teams, CRM, IT, Data Science, Paid Media, Customer insights and our technical platform partners, to understand requirements and create capabilitiesroadmaps.
- You will ensure that the use of audiences is orchestrated effectively across all campaigns, and that the resulting audience executions perform optimally through a process of continuous iteration and improvement.
- You will unearth insights that deliver key audience behaviours to help our local teams and various stakeholders plan & buy to better outcomes, therefore developing and planning new use case expansions.
- Identify new data sources that will enable you to build Audiences within CDP and Analytics platforms, to personalise customer experiences across on and offsite channels.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You will have experience with Customer Data Platforms for audience creation and orchestration in the Digital Marketing space, with a good understanding of first party data EU regulation and compliance.
- You are able to get buy-in for innovative ideas across complex organisations by focusing on results planning and clear communication, ensuring that you have an analytical and commercially minded approach.
- You are forward-thinking, high energy and a committed to improving the digital experience in the travel space.
- You have great English written and verbal communication skills (fluency in another EU language is also a plus), as you have experience in presenting to multiple stakeholders, creating status reports and leading training sessions.
