hoovering and mopping - it’s all part of the job.

We need someone with drive and enthusiasm, attention to detail and a real passion to

deliver high levels of outstanding customer service - a good all-rounder who is not afraid to

really get stuck in and

Fridays

Hours available:
The role will require you to work between Monday & Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 05.30 p.m. with

the ability to support our occasional late-night parties, shop changeovers, sale preparation

and overtime during busy time i.e., Christmas which includes Sunday opening in December.

Job responsibilities:
We are a fast-growing business, and we welcome professional people who will be committed

to embed our ethos and be strong advocates for our brand.

During your working day you will be responsible for:

- Sales and styling advice;
- Processing till transactions;
- Wrapping gifts;
- Excellent brand knowledge (training will be given);
- Excellent IT skills;
- Housekeeping duties;
- Stock replenishment;
- Customer returns;
- Complaints;
- Taking phone call and processing phone orders;
- Deliveries;
- Visual merchandising.

Opening and Closing of store

Other points to note:
The role carries a 6-months
- probation period which includes regular reviews;
Pay will always reflect skill and work ethic and will be reviewed yearly as part of an annual

appraisal;
Full training will be given but experience in this field will be beneficial and desirable;
