**Responsible to**: Directly accountable to and taking direction from the employer and the employer’s representative.

**Hours**: Up to 40 hours a week (potentially a job share between 2 PA’s) - Variable working hours

**Work Pattern**: Variable working shifts

**Hourly Rate of Pay**: £15.00 per hour

**Based at**: Employer’s own home in Shropshire (Bridgnorth)

**Closing date - 19.02.24**

To support with:
Getting out of bed in the morning
Rehabilitation e.g. exercises and stretches
Meal prep & supervising (the gentleman will require full support with breakfasts, lunches)
Light household tasks such as cleaning, changing the bed, changing the toilet bag etc
Toileting
Bed Bath
Computer Work
To report any issues to the gentleman’s partner
To perform such other duties as may reasonably be required.

**Personal Specification**

Flexible in the hours and times that you can work.
Must be able to drive and have a car
Have a good sense of humour and enjoy a friendly joke.
You should have a thorough understanding of personal safety.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to undergo any training highlighted by the employer.
You should have some knowledge and understanding of risks.
Have an awareness and knowledge of equal opportunities.
