PWS is a road signage and intelligent transportation system company serving customers in the public and private sectors across the traffic safety, traffic management and construction industries. Due to continued growth and re-organisation PWS is currently searching for a Customer Service Advisor to join and assist the sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.

**What you will do**
- Prepare quotations for new and existing customers
- Raise Internal Customer Manufacturing Orders (CMO’s) paperwork and issue to Factory, with relevant instructions and drawings where appropriate.
- Work closely in support of external Sales Manager and internal Sales Staff in handling day to day enquiries, orders, queries etc
- Handle Customer queries/updates on order status and liaise with the production team

**What you will need**
- Previous office experience, preferably in a customer service/sales role although full training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers
- Be organised with emphasis on attention to detail
- Have experience with Microsoft packages to include Outlook, Excel
