We have an exciting new opportunity for a **Food Service Category Coordinator **to join our team. Although based in our office in Cheddar, there is flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week. You will join us on a **full time, permanent basis **and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of £32,000 per annum plus benefits.**

Our customers include a selection of blue-chip companies in various industries. We offer a range of consultancy services drawing on our in-depth knowledge of the food-on-the-move sector. Our Head Office is in the world-famous village of Cheddar and, although many of the team are based across Asia, Africa & Europe, we regularly gather together to review performance and share best practice.

FSC’s biggest client is Shell International, who has committed to growing its Non-Fuels Retailing (NFR) business to generate 50% of Retail Gross Margin by 2025. This requires approximately 10% global growth annually. The Foodservice Category will make the largest contribution to this objective, delivering over 15% growth every year.

This will be achieved by driving the Foodservice Category Strategy, as well as the Global sub-brand transition to Shell Café in all markets by 2025.

**About the Food Service Coordinator role**:
As our Food Service Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Foodservice Development Team Lead, will be responsible for the day-to-day reporting of category performance and Global community co-ordination.

You will be the data focal point for the Foodservice Category as well as supporting the Global Foodservice & Customer Journey Lead & Foodservice Development Team Lead in developing Category Playbooks and presentations, as and when required.

This role will suit someone who is organised, meticulous and has strong IT skills in Excel and Presentation software.

**Key tasks of our Food Service Coordinator include**:

- Completing the induction programme provided by both FSC and Shell.
- Following a clear reporting structure to evaluate performance with agreed KPIs provided by the Foodservice Development Team Lead.
- Supporting in the planning & construction of presentations to key stakeholders
- Schedule Global Community calls every other month & support the Foodservice Development Team Lead in creating the agenda & content with the Global team input
- Co-ordinating the Shell Café call every month & support the Foodservice Development Team Lead in creating the agenda & content with input from the Global Foodservice Team
- Delivering Category Newsletters quarterly

**What we’re looking for in our Food Service Coordinator**:
**Essential Experience**:

- Data retrieval and understanding
- Experience dealing with international customers
- Retail/Food Franchise industry experience
- Presentation creation & document management
