The Rotamec Group is a leading electromechanical services provider for rotating equipment. We specialise in the repair and sourcing of pumps, motors, gearboxes, generators, and power transmission components.
This is your chance to work for an industry leading service provider with branches based in Cheddar, Exeter, Pontypool and Covelec based in Leicester.
**The role**
We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Site Service Coordinator with industry experience to manage all administration, planning and scheduling for the Cheddar Site Service Team. You will manage customer expectations and requirements, compile and complete all necessary paperwork, obtain, order and manage supply chain for scheduled works. This is an office-based role.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Technical advice and support to customers and to Site Services Team.
- Work with the team to ensure we exceed customer expectations.
- Help and facilitate technical back up to the rest of the team.
- Liaise with the Site Service Manager and Supervisor on quotes, repairs, and requirements.
- Ensure Safety, Health & Environmental priority on all sites.
- Ensure RAMS and method statements are correct and in line with health and safety.
- Report to the Health and Safety Manager on anything relating to health and safety.
- Help coordinate engineers’ workload and site visits in conjunction with Site Service Coordinator.
- Be available on the phone for technical support as and when required.
- Obtain, order and manage supply chain for scheduled jobs.
- Perform any other duties within your capabilities as directed by the Company.
**About you**:
- Proven experience in engineering/manufacturing background.
- Mechanical and Electrical knowledge essential.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE.
- Concise communication skills.
- Customer and engineer focussed.
- Strong planning an administration skills.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Solution focussed with great problem-solving skills.
- Critical understanding of engineering standards and an eye for detail.
