**Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS)** specialise in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities and **JPS Rochester **is on the hunt for a **Customer Sales Advisor** who's as passionate about great service as we are

- **Working Hours**:_ _7.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday _
- **Location**:_G1 Knights Park, Knight Road, Strood, Rochester, Kent, ME2 2LS._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our JPS values
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, manage stock control and keep customers updated throughout their journey
- Keep the branch and yard looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
- Occasionally act as a relief delivery driver to help our customers get the materials they need delivered to their sites
- Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
- Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
- **Required Skills and Experience**_
- Previous industry experience preferred but not essential
- Experience in a customer facing environment
- IT literate
- Passion for working with people with a positive can-do attitude
- A full, clean, manual driving license, held for longer than 1 year
