**Role**:
Service Administrator - reporting to the lead Maintenance Co-ordinator in the following duties:
**Day to Day Administration of the Department to include**:
- Taking calls and processing emergency call outs.
- Processing worksheets & reports from engineers.
- Processing invoices & timesheets to ensure they are complete & accurate.
- Updating records.
- Requesting information & costs from suppliers.
- Compiling quotes for customers.
- Dealing with engineer requests.
- Assisting in other duties as they arise and providing cover for other members of staff within department.
- Filing.
**Preferred Skills & Experience**
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Good keyboard & IT skills including Word and Excel
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Good organisation of self and others
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adaptable to all tasks
- Outgoing personality
8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
