**About us**:
Home Instead Huntingdon is owned by Cheryn Rook who has worked with older and disabled people for over 20 years. We cover St Neots, Huntingdon, Kimbolton, Sawtry, Somersham and surrounding smaller villages. We offer a minimum of one hours visit, a tailor made, person centred care plan for our clients, and a workload that is close to the Carers home. Our staff are hand-picked for their character and values, this is so that we can closely match our clients and Care Professionals. Our existing Care Professionals truly believe in what we do, that’s why 96% say they are proud to work at Home Instead.
**We are looking for**:
Compassionate home care workers with availability from **7am - 6pm on 3x weekdays (of your choice) plus alternate weekends,** who want to make a difference in our community. If you have customer service, retail, hospitality experience, or have good communication skills, you can transfer these skills and become a Care Professional. We’d love to welcome you into our team and show you how you can make a positive impact to clients. Due to the nature of our service, we require a full UK driving license and your own vehicle.
**The role entails**:
We offer a wide range of one-to-one home care services that are tailor made to the client. These include companionship services which can be anything from escorting clients on visits or appointments, to conversation and good company. We offer home help, covering all aspects of day-to-day housework, shopping, meal preparation and household duties. We also offer our clients assistance with their daily routines such as providing light support with washing/dressing or medication reminders.
**We can offer you**:
- Regular work between 7am - 6pm on 3x weekdays of your choice plus alternate weekends
- Clients local to your home
- Excellent pay rates - from £10.50 - £11.50 plus an enhanced rate of £21.00 for bank holidays
- A schedule that can work around your existing commitments
- Minimum 1 hour visits - so you have the time needed with your client

**Qualifications**:
If you have experience as a Carer, support worker or Caregiver, or even if you have no experience at all, we would love to hear from you
