As a Team Leader at Care UK, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional care. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working closely with experienced colleagues and leaders.
Salary: £13.50 - £14.61 per hour, plus excellent benefits.
About the JobThis is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Team Leader at one of our care homes. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading our care teams and ensuring that residents receive the highest quality care. You'll work closely with nurses and other stakeholders to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise care teams to deliver high-quality care
- Collaborate with nurses and other stakeholders to develop and implement care plans
- Liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication
We're looking for someone who is well-organised, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate work effectively. You should have a proven ability to lead and supervise others and a good understanding of care planning processes. Additionally, you should be trained or willing to train to administer medication and used to contributing to, monitoring, and implementing changes that improve outcomes for residents.
