We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our team at Care UK. As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care services to our residents.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of carers to provide person-centred care to residents
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in caring for older people
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
