Senior Residential Support Worker

In this challenging yet rewarding role as a Care Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a member of the care team, you will be responsible for providing individualised care plans, supporting residents with daily living tasks, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
To succeed in this position, you will need to be compassionate, empathetic, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. A relevant NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is essential, and prior experience in residential care is highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,156 per annum (£14.87 per hour) for this full-time position, working 39 hours a week. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including 28 days holiday, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
