Residential Team Lead Opportunity

As a Residential Team Lead with Aspris Children's Services Limited, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals who provide high-quality care and support to our young people. Our 5-bedded home provides a safe and understanding environment for males and females aged 8-18 with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience of team leadership, resilience, communication, organisation, caring, and attentiveness. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential due to the location of the home.

We offer an estimated salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
