**Sr Sales Consultant - HR & Finance Technology & Transformation**

Veran Performance is a rapidly growing consultancy with 90-95 specialists in HR and Finance Technology and Transformation. As we’ve doubled in size since the start of the pandemic, we are looking to grow our successful Sales team.

Veran’s approach to Business Development is all about relationships, networking, events and supporting our HR and Finance community. We are therefore looking for people with experience of HR or Finance Technology / Transformation / Consultancy who love meeting new people and building their network.

**The Role**:
As a **Sales Consultant **focusing on HR & Finance Technology & Transformation, you will:

- Leverage our events (such as Breakfasts in the Gherkin, HR Networking Parties, Annual Conferences across the UK and Europe), Wine & Cheese Tasting and external events to meet new people and to develop existing relationships
- Nurture relationships and become a trusted advisor by sharing Veran thought leadership, connections to relevant people, and advice
- Explain at a high-level, Veran’s Digital /HR / Finance Transformation services
- Use Salesforce to record all communications with prospects and relationships
- When your relationships want to talk about potentially procuring a Veran service, set up meetings for Veran colleagues who write the proposals / bids, pitch, and close the deal

**Role requirements**:
7+ years’ experience in HR and/or Finance Technology or Transformation sales, customer success or consulting
- A good grasp of HR / Finance Technology and Transformation challenges and projects
- Experienced at building long term relationships with senior stakeholders
- Loves reaching out to new people and networking with HR / Finance / Technology leaders
- Persistent and self-motivated
- Ideally has used LinkedIn and CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage and maintain a network and pipeline of sales opportunities
