The Role:
- _ Assist in completing and filing property inspection check lists_
- _ Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers_
- _ Prepare information for newsletters_
- _ Co-ordinate the process for new customers moving into / out of properties._
- _ Answer telephones and deal with matters in Management’s absence if applicable, or pass on to the appropriate team member if urgent_
- _ Support and highlight deadlines for Workplace Managers using relevant systems_
- _ Raising jobs through the customer support centre and providing feedback on progress and completion._
- _ Ensure accuracy of all property records and produce reports as required_
- _ Ensure accuracy of all portfolio information on all company portals and workplaces_
- _ Explore and support creating new spaces and events in our Workplaces_
- Salary: Starting from £30,000 per annum_

- Reporting to the Workplace Manager, you are required to have excellent communication skills to work as part of the wider team operating across a portfolio covering Victoria and Southwark._
What you will be responsible for:
- Property Records_
- _ Ensure accuracy of all property records and produce reports as required_
- _ Ensure accuracy of all portfolio information on all company portals and workspaces_
- Correspondence / Documentation Production_
- _ Assist in the production of agendas, reports and presentations_
- _ Take minutes of relevant meetings and circulate within five working days_
- _ Draft standard responses to letters as required_
- _ Print, bind and distribute _schedules/reports/accounts_ as requested_
- _ Production of service charge booklets_
- Customer Surveys_
- _ Action half yearly Pulse surveys_
- _ Chase for customer responses_
- _ Create and manage action plan_
- Permits_
- _ Arrange guide for online permits_
- _ Raise & close permits_
- _ Review RAMS_
- _ Input information onto e-permit system_
- _ Chase contractor for additional information as advised by Workplace Engineering Manager_
- Environmental & Other_
- _ Scenario test_
- _ Update Waste matrix_
- _ Waste transfer notes_
- _ Cycle surgery_
- _ Procurement_
